10-1/2" x 13" American Walnut Eagle Perpetual Plaque is made of precision-crafted American walnut, featuring an eagle casting with antique bronze finish in the middle of 12 mini-plates.

The individual Mini-plates measure 2-3/4" x 7/8" and are attached to the plaque with small gold-plated screws.

Great for monthly, quarterly or yearly awards!

Engraving text on header plate included in these prices.

Engraving on mini-plates is $3.00 per plate for two lines or $4.50 per plate for three lines unless pre-paid at time of plaque purchase.

Want us to ship blank plates?

Choose the "Hold until I need" option and we'll hold your unengraved mini-plates in stock until you need them. Otherwise you'll have to mail blank plates back to us for engraving.

Lost or damaged plates cost $5.00 each.

We will add a one-time charge of $10 per logo in your design. If we already have your logo on file you will not be charged.
