One time setup charge of $10.00 will be added to your order. Email us your logo or graphics file after placing your order. Insert is full-color imprint on a 2" disk.

The optional engraving on back is limited to the following restrictions:
Line 1 - 7 Characters
Line 2 - 9 Characters
Line 3 - 12 Characters
Line 4 - 9 Characters
Line 5 - 7 Characters.
Including spaces and punctuation.
