Perpetual plaque with 12 mini-plates and holder for Polaroid^® photo.

Price includes engraving on header plate. Engraving on mini-plates is $3.00 per plate for two lines or $4.50 per plate for three lines unless pre-paid at time of plaque purchase.

(A one-time charge of $10 will be added if your engraving includes a logo. This charge will be waived if we already have your logo on file.)

Want us to ship blank plates?

Choose the "Hold until I need" option and we'll hold your unengraved mini-plates in stock until you need them. Otherwise you'll have to mail blank plates back to us for engraving.

Lost or damaged plates cost $5.00 each.

Does your Engraving Text have a Logo?:

We will add a one-time charge of $10 per logo in your design. If we already have your logo on file you will not be charged.
